Gold (Advanced)
*Must try out to make it into Gold
● (1) team practice per week
● (1) strength & conditioning session per week

Silver (Intermediate)
*Must try out to make it into Silver
● (1) team practice per week
● (1) strength & conditioning session per week

Bronze (Beginner)
*No tryout required
● (2) team practices per week
● (1) game per week
● All matches held at Alhambra First United Methodist Church
Tryout & Player Placement
Players interested in the Gold or Silver Divisions must be evaluated to ensure competitive balance and a positive experience for all athletes
How Tryouts Work
Players may attend any Volleyball Stars clinic free of charge to be evaluated
Placement list is based on overall skill level
Players not placed into Gold or Silver Divisions will be assigned to the Bronze Divisio
Team Formation
Teams are formed based on skill level and practice availability
Players may request to play with friends
Coach requests may be submitted, though not guaranteed
